If you’re feeling tired of the same old SUVs like the Ford Bronco and Jeep Wrangler, consider checking out Scarbo Vintage’s latest offering: the SV Rover. Priced at $1.5 million, this bespoke off-roader brings a fresh twist to classic Land Rover styling.
You have two power options to choose from: a mid-engine supercharged V8 or a battery-electric version. The V8 packs a punch with 1,100 horsepower, while the electric model delivers 1,006 hp. Whether you prefer the roar of the engine or the silent power of electricity, the SV Rover promises an exhilarating ride through any terrain.
For off-road adventures, this vehicle boasts a special suspension system with 30 inches of wheel travel. You can switch between two- and four-wheel drive modes, and it’s equipped with high- and low-range transfer cases, along with locking differentials at the front and rear.
These big 40-inch tires snugly sit on 20-inch forged wheels, neatly tucked under the flared fenders. With an air ride suspension offering adjustable height, you’ll enjoy a smooth ride. Plus, it comes with standard four-wheel steering and top-notch six-piston Brembo brakes with large carbon-ceramic rotors.
Step into the cabin and you’ll discover a modern setup with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch central infotainment system. The cozy interior features Alcantara and billet aluminum accents, plus convenient touches like push-button start, climate controls, power windows, and locks. Though it seats two, there’s plenty of cargo space in the back.
Each SV Rover by Scarbo Vintage is custom-crafted, starting at $1.5 million, as reported by the Motor Authority. It’s the builder’s third model, following the SV F1 and SV RSR.
